1. Cut paper moustache

 Here's the first one:

1. Cut paper moustache
(the simplest place to start. cut freehand from a folded index card...)

...which gave me this idea:

...after all, it is February. So if you need an idea for a valentine, this one's fairly easy. Just cut out a moustache and a heart that will fit around it, both folded in the center. Paste down the edges of the moustache on the inside of the heart, and, with a little finesse, it will fold in and out like a popup book. Sweet.
